Welcome to Mazagan Sweets (https://mazagansweets.com.au). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian, to use our website and place orders.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making purchases.
   

• All our products are freshly prepared Moroccan sweets.
• As they are perishable goods, their shelf life is limited and proper storage is the customer’s responsibility after delivery.
• Product descriptions and photos on the website are provided for reference only. Slight variations may occur.
   

• Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received.
• We accept payments through the methods available on our website.
• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
   

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
• Refunds or replacements will only be offered in the event of an error made by Mazagan Sweets (e.g., wrong item sent).
• Please see our Refund Policy for details.
   

• We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect storage, handling, or late collection of delivered products.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage (direct, indirect, or consequential) related to your use of our website or products.
   

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be handled under Australian Consumer Law.

 At Mazagan Sweets, we are committed to delivering our products with care and accuracy. Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where an incorrect item has been supplied. 

• All sales are final.
• We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind, customer error, or taste preference.
   

• If you receive the wrong product due to an error in packing or processing by Mazagan Sweets, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wahiba@mazagansweets.com.au with your order number and photos of the product.
• Once confirmed, we will provide a refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
   

• This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the goods are defective or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy.
